Founded in 2015 as the flagship liberal arts initiative of Yamanashi Gakuin University, the International College of Liberal Arts (iCLA) offers an exceptional opportunity to study in Japan with an American-style learning experience. Situated in Kōfu, Yamanashi Prefecture, it is just 90 minutes from central Tokyo and provides a serene yet accessible base for international students. From its inception, iCLA has positioned itself as a leading English-medium liberal arts college in Japan.
